We offer transparent, upfront pricing. New patient consultations are $150 (45 minutes), follow-up visits are $75 (20 minutes), mental health consultations are $125 (45 minutes), weight management consultations are $125 (45 minutes), and acute care visits are $100 (20 minutes). We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, and offer payment plans.
We currently operate as a cash-pay practice, which means you pay directly for services without insurance complications. This allows us to focus entirely on your care with transparent pricing and no surprise bills. We provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Prescription refill requests are typically processed within 24 hours. You can request refills through your patient portal or during a follow-up consultation. We'll send the prescription electronically to your preferred pharmacy for quick pickup.
Yes! We can request your medical records from your previous healthcare provider with your authorization. This helps us provide comprehensive, informed care based on your complete health history. Simply let us know during your first appointment, and we'll handle the transfer process.
We offer flexible scheduling designed to fit your busy life—no need to take time off work! Weekday appointments are available after hours (evenings), and weekend appointments are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Check our booking page for current availability.
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee. You can cancel or reschedule through your patient portal or by contacting our office.
