New Patient Deposit
A $50 deposit is required when scheduling your first appointment. It is applied toward your visit total — the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee automatically charged to the card on file.
